The front room.
And the engine
behind it.

Your website is where customers walk in. The engine behind it turns that interest into booked appointments, closed sales and repeat customers, with follow-up that never forgets and plugs into the tools you already use.

01 / SOUND FAMILIAR?WHERE LOCAL BUSINESSES LOSE CUSTOMERS

Interest is not
revenue. Yet.

Most businesses do not need more leads first. They need a system that works the leads they already get: answers fast, books the appointment, follows up until it closes, and brings customers back.

That is the engine. It is built around how your business sells, whether that is bookings, estimates, orders or a sales conversation.

Leads come in and go cold.

We build: instant replies, routing and a follow-up cadence that keeps every lead moving until it books or says no.

Visitors look, then leave.

We build: a site and offer flow designed to convert, with booking, quotes or checkout one tap away.

Quotes and proposals stall.

We build: timed follow-ups on every open quote, with reminders to you and nudges to them.

No-shows and empty calendar slots.

We build: confirmations, reminders, easy rescheduling and a waitlist that fills the gaps.

Past customers never come back.

We build: rebooking, reactivation and review campaigns that run on their own schedule.

Nobody knows what is working.

We build: one view from first click to booked revenue, so you spend where it pays.

Recognize two or more? That is the engine we build.

Most businesses lose revenue after the customer says “I’m interested”: in the reply, the booking, the follow-up and the next visit. We build the system that does all four.

HOW IT WORKS FOR YOUR CUSTOMERSCROLL TO FOLLOW ONE INQUIRY
I / THE FRONT ROOM

A customer
finds you
at 9:40 pm.

On a phone, between other things. Your site loads fast, shows your work, and gives them one obvious button: request a quote.

II / THE ENGINE

They reach out.
The engine
answers.

They get a friendly reply in seconds. You get a text with their details. It lands in one inbox with everything else, already assigned.

III / THE FOLLOW-THROUGH

Booked, closed,
and back again.

The appointment books itself. A cadence follows up until the quote closes. After the job comes a review request, then a rebooking nudge. One screen shows the pipeline and what it is worth.

00 / QUICK WINS

Small fixes that pay off this month

Not every business needs a big build. Sometimes one change is the whole job.

  • A landing page for an offer or an ad
  • A contact or quote form that actually reaches you
  • Online booking on your existing site
  • Google Business profile set up right
  • A refresh of an outdated page
  • Lead tracking added to what you have

Days, not months

01 / THE FRONT ROOM

A website that brings in customers

The place customers walk in. Built to turn a visit into a call, a booking or a quote request.

  • Mobile-first design that matches your business
  • One clear action: call, book, quote or order
  • Booking, quote and contact forms that reach you
  • Google-ready: speed, titles, local listing links
  • Lead tracking, so you see where customers come from
  • Your domain and accounts, in your name

Usually 3–5 weeks

03 / CUSTOM & AI

The tool your software forgot

When off-the-shelf apps do not fit how you work, we build what does.

  • Client portals with status, files and messages
  • Dashboards across the tools you already pay for
  • AI that drafts replies and quotes from your own information
  • Intake that sorts, scores and summarizes leads
  • Internal tools for scheduling, jobs and inventory
  • A person approves anything that goes to a customer

From first call
to working system.

01

A free 20-minute call.

We look at your site and how customers reach you today, and point out where they slip through. You leave with ideas whether or not we work together.

02

A written plan and one fixed price.

Exactly what we will build, what it connects to, and when it is done. No hourly meter.

03

Build, with check-ins you can see.

You review the design and a working version before launch. We test it with real inquiries.

04

Launch and hand-off.

You own the domain, the site and every account. Fourteen days of fixes are included, and a short guide shows your team how it runs.

Start with the explorer. It takes about three minutes and gives us everything for the first call.

06 / QUESTIONSSTRAIGHT ANSWERS

Questions owners
ask first.

What does it cost?

It depends on the job, and we keep it simple: after a free call you get one fixed price in writing before anything starts. Quick fixes are small and fast. Bigger systems are scoped together so you only pay for what moves the needle. No hourly meter, no surprises.

How long does it take?

Most websites take 3–5 weeks once we have your content. A follow-up system takes 4–8 weeks, depending on the tools it connects to.

Do I own it?

Yes. The domain, the site, the accounts and the data are in your name. There is no monthly fee to us unless you choose ongoing help.

Will this work for my kind of business?

Yes. The engine is built around how you sell: appointments for a salon or clinic, estimates for a contractor, orders for a shop, or a longer sales conversation for a firm. Same system, tuned to your steps.

Do I have to switch my software?

No. We connect what you already use, like your calendar, email, CRM, booking or accounting tools, and only suggest a new tool when it clearly pays for itself.

Is this an "AI thing"?

We use AI where it saves real time, such as drafting replies, summarizing calls or sorting leads. It works from your own information, and a person approves anything that goes to a customer.

I already have a website. Do I need a new one?

Not always. Sometimes the fix is a better first screen and a form that actually reaches you. We will tell you on the first call.

What happens after launch?

Fourteen days of fixes are included. After that, small changes are quoted as you need them, so you never pay for support you do not use.
